selected block of grapes from the estate cared for throughout the year with this wine in mind, harvested for
optimal clarity and quality.

The nose is vibrant with aromas of white flowers and freshly sliced apples. The flavours are bright and linger
with fresh fruit and hints of ruby grapefruit. The wine is well balanced, dry with a refreshing yet subtle acidity
and a hint of mineralitiy.
