A very attractive dry rosé rendition of Saronsberg’s focus varietal, Shiraz, that adds another dimension to the estate’s range of wines. Forms part of Saronsberg’s Provenance range, reflecting the vineyards and soils it was crafted from. A percentage of juice, drained from fully ripe Shiraz was added for greater structure and midpalate weight.
